Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack your NÜOBELL weights and cradles in their original heavy-duty boxes with all protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
